This morning I was having issues with my 2015 Terrain stalling while braking. It is still covered under warranty from CarMax and Performance Automotive is on their list of preferred shops. Since I was on my way to work in stop and go morning traffic, I didn't feel safe driving it with continuous stalling. After my boyfriend gave them a call and spoke with Tiffany, they said it would be no problem for them to look at it same day, I had it towed to there. I have nothing but great things to say about Ryan and Tiffany. They made me feel so comfortable and explained everything thoroughly to me. I called Tiffany at Performance Automotive, arranged for service the next day, and spent less than half of what the dealership wanted. I'd write a longer review, but it was essentially two phone calls before dropping off the car, and one more phone call telling me to pick it up. Part of that was because I already had the part numbers from the dealership invoice, but things went super smooth. It's been about six weeks since the repairs, and my air conditioning works great.
